July 7, 2009Jackie O and RFK Affair
Maybe it's time to just recognize that this kind of thing happens with human beings, and not make the kind of judgements we make, especially when it's the private life of someone who's engaged in public service. Just a thought? Posted at July 7, 2009 4:32 AM Comments
NICE!!! Posted by: Phone Vang at July 7, 2009 10:40 AM Like who cares...why is everything brought up after everyone is dead and gone, let them lie in peace...Dead people cannot defend themselves...if you can't talk about them when their alive then don;t talk about them when their dead... You must not have much of a life Posted by: caro at July 7, 2009 12:27 PM uh...when the most famous First Lady in the history of the United States has an affair with one of the most famous and charismatic Senators of the 20th Century, I think that would qualify as a human interest story. Whether you like it or not.

Posted by: at July 7, 2009 1:27 PM Jackie sure was more lovely and smart than Marilyn Monroe, so Robert must have had better taste in women than Jack! Posted by: Billie at July 7, 2009 1:35 PM Perhaps when you have a cheating husband like Jack Kennedy, and an alcoholic wife like Ethel Kennedy, the two spouses, respectively, are looking for a little more than what they're getting. They look like they're in love. True love is hard to come by. More power to them. Let it be. Posted by: patti at July 7, 2009 1:40 PM People have a history to take out corpses and smell them, and on this forum we have exactely those type of people, who on a very seious note dont have a life and who make other people's issues their own. In other words dont stick your nose to smell where it dosent belong. I could understand understanding history of great personalities such as Alexander the Great, Ghengis Khan, Cyrus the great and Babur the Mughul Emperor, etc etc now thats some history to talk about. Not about someone who had a steamy sexual affair. Posted by: ali at July 7, 2009 2:25 PM I'm sick and disgusted at that trash literature. Posted by: Meurant at July 8, 2009 2:46 AM I WAS TOLD A LONG TIME AGO IF YOU CAN,T , SAY ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT SOMEONE THEN FOR HELLS SAKE DONT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL... EVEN WHEN THERE DIED... RING ANY BELLS... DA... Posted by: NORM at July 8, 2009 8:39 PM OMG - will it never end. Several Kennedy men have died tragically serving our country & can't we let them rest in peace! Some people just want to sell books & make money off their lives. The Kennedy Family hung together throuch it all. Yes, they made some mistakes b/c they were human just like the rest of us. Who among us is w/o sin to keep casting stones? PLEASE, let God be their judge. Posted by: mary at July 11, 2009 2:46 PM So what if they had an affair. I say more power to them, especially since they had to live in the public eye. They were only human. God knows we humans are not perfect. They also are deceased, can we not let them rest in peace?? Posted by: Floy at July 11, 2009 5:40 PM please let them rest in peace so what if they had an affair none of us are perfect somebody is going to make money from this storey and the people its about are no longer here to give their side. Posted by: colin west at July 12, 2009 6:13 AM Bobby was big brother, Jack's, bulldog and protector. Posted by: Lane at July 12, 2009 9:57 AM Not that I admire the Kennedy family....but I am disgusted by this story,,,,this book should be considered trash,,,the author just wants money,,, Posted by: DORIS CL at July 12, 2009 6:08 PM I always heard history was there for us to learn from but what possible lesson can we learn from this. This is my first time to read here and I tho't I would comment now because this will be my last. Posted by: DORIE at July 12, 2009 8:41 PM Post a comment |
