In a story some find comical but others will find disturbing, a man was arrested for battery after talking his way into his ex-girlfriend's mother's house, and then folded the woman inside her fold-up couch.

Some have been writing about this as if it is fodder for humor, as seen below, but it sounds pretty scary to me. I hope he faces real consequences for it, and has to try his luck taking on someone his own size in prison, instead of his lawyers getting him out of it. See below for more info and pics.

Via The Smoking Gun, our latest favorite crazy person is facing a battery charge after he showed up at his ex-girlfriend's mother's house, asked to use the bathroom, and then allegedly folded the poor woman into the fold-out couch upon which she was lying. These people live in Florida. It is unclear, according to the report, "how long the woman was entombed inside the piece of furniture." What is clear is that this is fodder for comedians everywhere.
