This Thanksgiving weekend brought a hearty celebrity gossip bounty for all of America, as Jake Gyllenhaal has set tongues wagging by spending Thanksgiving with his apparent new girlfriend Taylor Swift.

Taylor and Jake were spotted in Park Slope's high-end hipster coffee haven Gorilla Coffee in the morning, getting one of their patented Maple Lattes. I go to that place all the time and now vexed that I missed this occasion. Apparently Jake is in that spot all the time, and most New Yorkers will leave someone alone under those circumstances.

Jake and Taylor are two of the biggest movie and music stars in America right now, and Taylor especially is on top of the world with the biggest selling album of the year.

Families across the country spent their Thanksgiving evenings tuning into Taylor Swift's NBC special "Taylor Swift: Speak Now." But where was the starlet spending her Turkey Day. In Brooklyn, alongside new boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal. Around 10:30 a.m., the pair popped into Park Slope's Gorilla Coffee for specialty maple lattes, made with pure Vermont syrup. "They were really sweet, really really sweet," says a source at the shop, adding that the duo also tipped well. "They get treated like normal people around here," says the source, noting that Gyllenhaal, 29, deals with the occasional star-struck customer politely.
