Gossip girl star Taylor Momsen is making big news this week, for gong all out and flashing a crowd while she was onstage with her band, the Pretty Reckless!

Momsen pulled down her top during her concert at a NY show during the CMJ convention week when many up and coming bands perform around the city. Tongues were immediately wagging in the media as reports spread of Momsen's flashing, since she is still only 17 years old. but it must be noted that according to all reports she was actually wearing black tape over her chest, and was not actually nude. Another day, another shocking sight courtesy of Taylor Momsen. The 17-year-old "Gossip Girl" star flashed the crowd - sort of - during her performance at an after-party for Rock The Sidewalk, an Express and Paper magazine event, in New York City Thursday. Momsen, performing with her band The Pretty Reckless, was singing the single "Make Me Wanna Die" in a get-up of fishnet stockings and heels paired with a ripped shirt (a change from the lingerie she often wears). Midway through the song, Momsen started fondling her chest before pulling her top down, exposing her breasts, according to HollywoodLife.com footage of the performance.
