Mary Louise Parker is famous now for playing a pot dealing mother on Weeds, but in real life does she also partake of the medicinal herb?

According to recent interviews Parker says she only tried the drug once and never came back to it. And her first time wasn't until she was 45! And it wasn't even through smoking, but from a lollipop.

Medicinal Marijuana is believed to have many health benefits, as a treatment for stress, chronic pain, glaucoma, aiding with chemotherapy and many other health issues.

"I was at a party, and I'd been kind of sick recently. I was in the hospital and on some really heavy antibiotics. But I went to this party and I was in the bathroom the whole night, on the floor. I was just so ill. Somebody at the party was like, 'The only thing that's going to help your nausea is marijuana.' And... I remembered, somebody had given me a pot lollipop..."
