As seen in the photos linked below Celine Dion is showing off her baby bump for the first time, after announcing in May she was pregnant with twin boys.

Reports had emerged of complications with the pregnancy, which Celine has been trying to achieve for years, in a well publicized struggle to be able to carry a baby. But according to the latest tabloid cover and article, her pre-natal care is going perfectly well and she is on her way to having a healthy set of twins!
