One of Brazil's biggest supermodels is making big news this week, as the full truth comes out that the Brazilian model Lea T is preparing to get a full sex change operation.

Lea T poses as a female but was born as a man and has not yet had the operation to become a male biologically. She has been modeling for the high fashion brand Givenchy, and becoming a big name in the fashion and modeling world.
