Wisconsin Students Pot Cookie

Some students in Wisconin caused quite a stir this week when they were discovered to have a pot cookie in school and selling it to other students to eat.

"While we are not able to divulge the exact consequences for the students involved, we can say the consequences are appropriate and significant given the nature of the incident," said authorities. There were no further details on whether the cookie had actually been consumed by the kids, and whether they had any adverse effects from underage drug use and the ingestion of marijuana at such a young age. There is sure to be serious investigation of how these kids got the drugs in the first place, and how they had it in the school moving around so easily.

Three Verona seventh-graders were disciplined this week after one was discovered selling what the student claimed was a marijuana-laced cookie to two students who ate it at school. The Verona school district sent a letter to parents of students at Badger Ridge Middle School, alerting them to the Monday incident. According to the letter, administrators at the middle school -- which houses sixth through eighth grades -- learned about the incident from several seventh-graders.
