Anna Wintour Morley Safer Showdown (VIDEO)

One great character met another this weekend, as 60 Minutes' Morley Safer went one-on-one with Vogue boss Anna Wintour, in a lively interview.

Anna and Morley talked frankly about her controversial personality, and her style of management as well as the styles of fashion and beauty she promotes. This meeting actually occured a year ago but maany are talking about it again after it reran on Sunday.

Said winter of her hgh fashion bible, "Vogue is the best of everything that fashion can offer, and I think we point the way. We are, you know, a glamorous girlfriend."

Safer also spoke to fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld who said "She is the most famous fashion journalist in the world," Lagerfeld told Safer. "She says what she thinks. That's why some people think sometimes she is a little tough. But I like tough people, and I like tough woman. She has to give a cold image to keep things going. That's not that easy, huh? It's like running a mad house, a fashion magazine."
