World's Fattest Mother Leanne Salt

Leanne Salt is in the Guinness Book of World Records, but not for a reason most people would be proud of.

Ms. Salt is the current record holder for the world's fattest mother, after giving birth to triplets despite her extreme obesity.

May in her home country of England have issues with her situation, because of the huge expenditure of resources required to let her give birth successfully.

But Leanne Salt is sure she did the right thing.

She says "I knew it was a risk to myself and the babies because of my weight, but I had faith in the doctors. It's amazing that all four of us have come through."
