Tom Hanks is one of the biggest movie stars in the world, and now he's one of the biggesst real estate buyers in the world, as he just finished setting up a deal to buy a huge home in Los Angeles for the whopping sum of $26 million!

The sale is said to be the biggest real estate deal of the year so far in the city of Los Angeles.

Hanks procured the estate from Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall, two fellow Hollywood bigwigs.

Hanks will move into the home and the real estate agents who brokered the deal will be going to Disneyland.
