Susan Boyle became the world;s sweetheart with her instant rise to superstardom in reality TV, but it appears that the stress and strain of that rapid ascent is causing more stress than anyone should take.

According to sources including her brother, Susan Boyle is suffering from severe exhaustion and need 24 hour care.

Susan's brother Gerry said: The traveling and the whole (fame) thing is exhausting, She still has her anxieties and her loneliness."
