Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continued to prove the tabloid rumors wrong as they celebrated Valentine's day in grand style, with Angelina buying a tree. Yes a tree, for 18.500 dollars.

The tree will reportedly be planted in their estate in France. Said a source, "Ange bought it from a nursery called The English Garden Centre in Valbonne, near their house, it's a very special tree and cost her a fortune." The tree is a rare 300 year old olive tree, leading some creative minded tabloid types to suggest she was trying to extend an olive branch to soothe recent marital woes, though the coup;e affirmed that these stories were never true in the first place. Here's hoping this is the first of many trees they've have a chance to plant.

Back from a three-day trip to Haiti where she helped injured orphans, Angelina is turning her attention to Brad--and giving him a very expensive tree for Valentine's Day, UK's Sun reports. According to the paper, the 200-year-old olive tree cost $18,500 and will be planted in the gardens of Chateau Miraval, their estate in the south of France.
