December 15, 2009ACTUAL VIDEO: Barack Obama Dissing Kanye West
One of the most surprising moment in the Obama presidency so far, came not from any political debates but from Barack Obama's response to an impolite rapper. As America continued to be in shock (perhaps a bit more than was necessary) from Kanye West's rude interruption of Taylor Swift, Barack Obama was captured on tape calling Kanye a "jackass." A surprising lapse into ad hominem attacks from Obama, and a barb that had to hurt Kanye West, who surely admires the President and would love his approval. Hopefully that moment was a wake up call for West, and it will remind him to have more class and humility. Probably not though. (I still enjoy his music anyway.)
