Swine Flu Mutation


Uh oh. Four new cases in North Carolina may be evidence of a swine flu mutation, meaning a new strain of H1N1 that can't be stopped by the medicine currently used to fight it.

Up until now Tamiflu has been used successfully to combat swine flu, but these four cases, all at the same North Carolina hospital, are said to be resisting Tamiflu, and may be a new mutation of the virus that is resistant to current drugs. Each of the patients was said to be very sick already, so it is not conclusive that a new strain is the cause, so doctors will continue to study so they can provide the best health care possible. WHEN WILL all THE DRS. GET THE SWINE FLU PREVENTIVE MEDICINE I HAVE A VERY LOW IMMUNE SYSTEM AND I NEED THE VCCINE VERY BADLY AND MY DR. SAYS HE CANNNOT GET IOT.. WHY????????????????/
