Livestrong 10-Minute Workout (VIDEO)


If you want to stay healthy the same way superstar athlete Lance Armstrong does, you don't need to spend hours at the gym on fancy machines or lifting weights. According to this Livestrong 10-Minute Workout, all you need is this simple set of fitness routines once or twice a day.

The exercises recommended by Lance Armstrong's trainer are:

1. Chair Pose
2. Glute Bridge
3. Plank
4. Back Extension
5. Hip Flexor Stretch
6. Wall Squat
7. Negative Push Up
