October 29, 2009Man Fired Over God Button (VIDEO)
A man recently lost his job, not because of poor performance, or even poor hygeine..allegedly his bosses had the man fired over a God button! The man says his employers, at Home Depot, told him he was not allowed to wear his button that said "One Nation Under God", because it's against the rules to express your personal beliefs on the job. A company rep said it wasn't because of the religious message, but they have a policy that only buttons provided by the company can be worn. Still, this sounds like good news for Home Depot customers because if they don't allow anything with messages about God on it, that must they can't take those little green papers that say "In God We Trust" on them...free shopping spree for everybody!!
