August 13, 2009Sheryl Weinstein & Bernie Madoff?
As if Bernie Madoff didn't have enough trouble, now a tell-all memoir is set to reveal his alleged affair with one of the countless people he ripped off. Sheryl Weinstein, who worked for the Jewish organization Hadassah, has been one of many the vocal critics of Madoff's treachery. But now she is revealing this alleged affair for the first time, in her book titled ""Madoff's Other Secret: Love, Money, Bernie, and Me." This is a switch from the original title, which was "Bernie Madoff's Love Life, and Other Things Nobody Really Wants to Hear About." There are so many questions one could ask and jokes one could make, but I will restrain myself. The actual crimes Madoff committed are certainly not funny, and no amount of humiliation is too much for him. If this earns her back some of the money he stole, more power to her! Now she's complaining about the affair??? Sure she's not guilty of fraud but she's just as worse as he is when it comes to certain personal faults. This Madoff guy is either really smart or there's a lot of stupid people out there. She was stupid enough to give all her AND HER HUSBAND'S money to Madoff even though she was intimately involved with him. Her intuition must be dead. I'm sure there are a lot of people who weren't swindled by this guy because they listened to their gut feelings, not their greed. Betcha she slept with him just a couple of times in that 20 years and is now calling it a "20-year affair" - probably a 20-year affair regarding her and her husband's investments though!!!
