At Madge's age I'm surprised she could achieve that kind of muscle tone. I think that her arms look a little over worked but anyone can tell that she does work hard and must be dedicated to get those kind of results! Healthy or unhealthy might not be the question here... maybe obsessed or not is a better question. Oh, and I have to say that the people who commented on other comments rather than on Madona's biceps are silly and I must be too since I'm including this in my comment. Mr. Reg Owen, ten years ago I lost my mother for whom I had served as caregiver for over seven years. We had become close and so her death was an immense shock for me. I thought at times that I could not survive the loss and I almost didn't.

While we are all different in many ways, there are certain things that we all have in common. One is the common need for spiritual uplift and joy in the midst of bereavement. I found what I needed in worship dancing at a nearby charismatic church. That group dances improvisationally to high quality contemporary Christian music and gets into one-on-ONE worship through dancing like I never before thought possible. The experience was transformational in the extreme.

I still vividly remember both my parents, of course, however that memory is no longer painful and I have a new understanding of God as my heavenly parent and close friend. You might want to give it a serious, long term try.

Okay - I spent years as both a bodybuilder and a national level powerlifter - at a bodyweight of 117 lbs I had a 303 lb deadlift and a 275 lb squat - I have been around enough gyms to know two things: A) These are not buff arms but someone who has taken their diet to the extreme and now just muscle is showing on their skeletal form (kind of like stringy meat on a rangy looking cow) and B) Madonna appears to do some kind of Human Growth Hormone to retain some sort of muscle no matter how unhealthy she looks - I always suspected her of taking HGH in her younger days and I still believe she does.

Her arms are not that attractive...I am glad she is strong, but her arms look a little freaky....

One day, I was at the gym, on the treadmill exercising away, and secretly admiring my fit and muscular fifty year old body in the mirror strategically positioned for exactly this purpose.

"You look at least ten years younger than your age", I thought with pride. Then, it hit me....when I will be 90 years old (if I live that long), even if I'll look 30 years younger, I will still not look like a twenty year old.

Someone should give this newsflash to Madonna: you're not twenty any more...and no matter what you do, how much you exercise, no matter how much hormones you take, or how much money you spend on plastic surgery, you will NEVER look like a twenty year old.

On the other hand, why should you, and why should I? When I was twenty, thirty, and even in my early fourties, I was full of insecurities and did not realise how great I looked. I was not comfortable in my young, fit, and great body.

Now, at fifty, I might not look like a bodybuilder, but I love the way I am.

As for the idiot NK...there is not that much difference between his motivation and of Madonnas. They both addicted to attention, and would do anything to get it. Ignore him. He will go away.

news should relize buff is a term for muscle size. she is just very vascular but u should xpect that for an older person so shes going to appear veiny.

You know what, there are some women who you can tell hit the gym that look just fantastic. But that frontal photo of Madonna just grosses me out; looks like Skeletor. If your gonna buff up Madonna, follow that up with some calories will ya!!
