Vanesa's rep even told People , "They have amicably split but remain good friends who still greatly care for one another." I wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that she was rumored to be pressuring him for a ring.

Together since 2006, Nick Lachey, 35, and Vanessa Minnillo, 28, have spent the better part of their relationship on what appeared to be a never ending vacation. These two were photographed at one island resort after another. Now it looks like the three-year party is officially over as they break up for good.
